We may update these Terms (and the documents referred to in them) from time to time and will notify such changes to you by uploading them on the Site. You should review the Terms periodically for changes. By using the Site you agree to be bound by these Customer Terms.

If any of these Terms are determined by any competent authority to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable to any extent, such term, condition or provision will to that extent be severed from the remaining terms, conditions and provisions which will continue to be valid to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Making a Purchase:

Making a purrchase could not be easier.  Just browse our store and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart.  After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for some details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept all major credit & debit card payments including Visa and Mastercard.  We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship.  Items placed on back order are not charged until they are shipped.

When a confirmation of your order is received, it indicateds that we have received your order.  It does not indicate that a contract exists between us.  We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice.????

Please note that online and in store pricing may differ.  Although we are happy to sell a product at our online price in ??????

Payment Methods:

Purchases may be paid for by using a debit or credit card through our online payment facility. Or if you decided to collect from store payment may be made by cash or cheque.  All prices shall be in shown in pound stirling and shall be payable in that currency, including any applicable taxes, however, prices do not include sales tax for non-EU countries.

Back Orders:

If your item is not in stock, we will place your item on back order for you.  You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Guarantee & Returns:

We guarantee your satisfaction.  All of our products come with a 30 day no quibble guarantee provided they are returned with original packaging and labels.

You are entitled to cancel your order and return the goods within 7 working days for a full refund.  Do this by contacting us by email or telephone and quoting the order number supplied to you.  Your refund will be paid within 30 days.

You are responsible for the postage cost and risk of loss or damage when returning the goods, so you should take out enough postal insurance to cover their value.  This cancellation policy does not affect your rights when we are at fault - for example, if goods are faulty or wrongly described.

When returning an item for an exchange, i.e. for another size or colour please be aware a small fee will apply to cover postage, packaging and restocking.  We will notify you of the exact amount before sending out the replacement item.

Any goods returned should be in saleable condition with original packaging and lables.

Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive.

Privacy Policy:

Linen Stop Ltd do not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment.  In this case, the third party will disclose any of the details to any other third party.
